We are open 6 days a week:

• Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 17:00
• Saturday: 08:30 - 16:00

Time taken to complete a valet varies depending on the package chosen and the condition of the vehicle upon arrival. 

Typically:

• Mini valet: 1 hr
• Interior valet: 3 hr
• Deluxe valet: 4 hr
• Deluxe valet plus: 4 hr+

It is recommended that you have it waxed or polished at least 4 times a year (1 per season). This will ensure that the body's finish remains pristine.

Being based in the heart of the black country, we travel throughout the West Midlands on a daily basis. This service costs an extra £15 plus £1 for every mile above 5

We can offer a collection and delivery service on a pre-arranged basis. To do this contact us below.

We accept cash and card at our site. We also offer attractive credit facilities to our account holders. 

For online bookings, we offer Stripe as the payment method.

Using the high quality product, we try to return the vehicle as dry as possible without compromising quality. However should be required, our technicians will give the necessary information to expediate the drying process.

Quite often the rain is only intermittent and should not interfere with your booked service. However on the occassion where rainfall is too heavy, we will try to complete as much of the booked service as possible or if preferred, re-book for the another day.

All of our mobile units come with everything they need to do the same job as would be done at the facility. This includes an onboard water tank, steam cleaners, generators and all of the required chemicals.

Depending on the severity of the scratch, yes we can. If your finger nail catches the scratch then it too deep for a complete removal. We can improve the appearance of deep scratches however cannot completely remove it.
